Death the Beginning by Tatiana Elmanovich $13.46 Paperback - 296 pages, 1999

One day I took Tatyana's book from my bookshelf... I read it from cover to cover. It is a page turner. You will not believe what this person went through on her path that made her listen to the voices of her loved ones from beyond.
~
Robert Brown, Spiritualist Medium

"In the country of my birth, Estonia, at that time, a republic of the Soviet Union, I was a film critic and the author of three books andf hundreds of film reviews. In uncertain times of changes I found myself on a political hit list, and I fled together with my son to the United States... Some critics say that by writing a book about walking the path that Americans don't know much about, I was processing my grief. It is probably true. I want to add that I was awarded by the spiritual gift -- spontaneous past life recollections and messages from the spirit world. It brought meaning back to my life."

About our selection:

Spiritcommunicator's Bookstore: More Than Bestsellers! If you want to write a book on spirit communication, you have to do your homework and become an avid reader, because any development starts with reading books on the subject.

What should you read about spirit communication? There are many sites on the subject but as a rule, every site is busy introducing/selling 'his or her stuff.' This was why we decided to build a unique collection of good books on spirit communication.

We joined Amazon.com Associate's Program and created an on-line referral, The Spiritcommunicator's Bookstore: More Than Bestsellers! The selection is not limited to bestsellers, and is not promoting books of any particular group, church, school or individual author. Money was not a criteria either. If a valuable book has been priced at $1.50 -- the referral fee about $0.10 per sale, we will still introduce it on our site next to a very rare and expensive book, if it has earned its place in the world of spirit communication.

For educational purposes, we selected exclusive English books on spirit communication that have not yet been published in the United States and therefore are not known by American readers, such as Guide for the Development of Mediumship by Harry Edwards, a real treasure and a "must have" by those who want to unfold their mediumistic faculties; or Life After Death by Neville Randall about exclusive messages from the deceased brought through by the legendary direct voice medium Leslie Flint, or Beyond the Horizon by Grace Rosher where the author's automatic writing brought through an entire manuscript in the handwriting of the communicator, the author's dead fiancé. The identification of his handwriting by the best graphologist has been included in this fascinating book.

Our selection also carries 'out of print' and 'special order' titles of great books on spirit communication that have molded our understanding of the spirit world, such as My Life as a Search for the Meaning of Mediumship (American Biography Series) by Eileen Jeanette Garrett, priced today at $69.00. We hope that our selection will lead toward a reprint of this book and more affordable pricing. We organized our collection by categorizing titles under different genres. I believe that our section of books on the development of mediumship and channeling will serve everyone who has a sincere interest in spirit communication as it contains old and new books written by great teachers and mediums who have done it better than others. Also, we support a wider view of the phenomenon of spirit communication. So, we present titles on the theory and philosophy of spirit communication, such as Doorways to Higher Consciousness by Alan Vaughan and Bobby L. Oller, or The Doctrine of Awakening : The Attainment of Self-Mastery According to the Earliest Buddhist Texts by Julius Evola and H. E. Musson, which introduces the spirit communication in other times and cultures. We carry books on Bible study that examines Christianity's connection to spirit communication, also books on anthropological studies of religious beliefs of indigenous people that are always based on various forms of spirit communication like shamanism. And we introduce literature classics which reflect the ideas of spirit communication, such as Shakespeare's plays (Hamlet, Macbeth, A Midsummer Night Dreams, The Tempest) or Divine Comedy by Dante Alighery. We created a special category Festivals and Carnivals for fascinating scientific studies of ancient rites as tools for easing the fear of death. Here you will find Rabelais and His World by Mikhail Bakhtin, a Russian study that has inspired hundreds of studies of the theory of Bakhtin all over the world; Also here is Celebrations of Death: The Anthropology of Mortuary Rituals by Peter Metcalf. We hope to find more exciting studies in the same field. Our collection carries books that will satisfy the needs of seekers of spiritual truth and help to overcome the most devastating emotion there is -- the fear of death. Our selections are not completed yet. We continue to keep our eyes open for the best books on spirit communication in the past, present and future.
